The maintenances of water truck

1. Water truck chassis and supporting pump maintenance should be according to the corresponding instruction manual. 

2. Before using vehicle, there shall be running-car according to the requirements of instruction manual. 
3. Long distance transference and checking, there shall be stationary skid around the vehicle and left over 200mm void around. If the self- transitions,it should generally take off the front nozzle and rear sprinkler to prevent loosening loss. 
4. Always check the fluid out of each hole, mouth or without clogging found clogged should be cleaned up promptly. 
5. After every shift work completed, it should be cleaned of oil, pipeline reel neat, clean up the site, close the latch. 
6. The vehicle unused for long periods or winter storage should be exhausted tank, pump and internal piping than water should be stored in a parked car shed, Wipe clean, to avoid exposure to rain. 

Sprinkler Chassis cleaning: chassis closest to the ground sediment must have been a big mess. So before any other parts are clean, we need water truck chassis conduct a thorough cleaning. After a muddy road, water truck plate front and rear hubs will be 
covered with small yellow mud and sand. When cleaning required water cannons into the bottom, water cannons spray direction toward the hub plate hub plate direction, so as to effectively remove the attachment of the hub plate. 
Clean water truck paint: accomplishing chassis clean, we can start to clean water truck body. First, rinse water from top to come down to earth paint surface, the purpose of the vehicle body is washed away large volumes of sand. Towels from the roof to the bottom of the vehicle gently wipe. Please note that the closer to the chassis paint more carefully wipe, avoid car paint scratches sand.
