What should we do if water truck doesn't suction water or no water pressure?

    
Water truck in the long-term use, due to the vehicle shaking and tank water waves, generates a series of mechanical wear and link loose, which can cause a range of features, among which the most common problem is that water truck can sprinkling water, but does not suction water or no water pressure. 
    There are three main ways of water intake for water truck: external pressure water intake, self-priming pumps and hydrants access. Our most common way of water intake for water truck is external pressure water intake, which is to tap water through external pumps or water through the water truck inlet into the tank body. 
    Advantages of external pressure water intake is effective to avoid  the fuel consumption while water truck water intaking and the conversion function when the sprinkling water for you can directly open the pump operation, which is omitted converter tube network switch operations. 
    After using a long time like this, while using water pump to suction water, there will not suction water up and be no pressure and other issues. Where do problems lie? 
First, the pipe network switching, long-watering operations, not directly on the water switch, water pump is working properly, the internal pressure of the cycle, so the external pressure output, inadequate water pressure. 
Second, the pipe network switch is correct, but does not clean up the garbage and the filter pipe plugs, pipe blockage pressure output blocked. 
Third, the network no problem, no problem switches, filters, no problem. However, no water pump impeller inside the pump idle, no pressure, high-speed rotation is also easy to burn dry seal and cause deformation of the pump internal unit of work, is lethal. 
    Of course, there are more than three points in addition to special circumstances, such as power take off switch problems, the pump did not work, water pump impeller damage, different sound big, too much connecting suction pipe, hollow leakage air, vacuum pressure is not formed and other reasons. 
    To have a real understanding about work principle and simple mechanial internal structure and a regularly maintenance are not only the necessary work of using water truck, but also the premise of correctly using it.
