B, mechanical cleaning can be pneumatic or electric milling cutter, you can also use scraper, rasp and other tools. For thinner oxide film can also be used 0.25mm copper wire   
brush to remove the oxide film. 
C, clean up the best immediately after welding, if the park for more than 4h, should be re-cleaned. 
D, for wire cleaning is more important, the supply of welding wire state should be clean and bright wire by wire processing, usually sealed with plastic bags, should be used as 
soon as possible after the Kaifeng. Otherwise the contamination of the wire is difficult to reuse. 

2, the assembly should be firmly fixed welding: welding plate workpiece, in order to reduce the deformation, should take preheating measures, generally should be welded in the 
fixture. 
3, the welders to undergo a rigorous operation skills training, master of aluminum MIG welding and TIG welding technology. 
4, visual inspection after welding: according to TB / 1580 JB / T7949 
5, X-ray: According to GB / T2245 
6, mechanical properties test: tensile test by GB / T168650 bending test by GB / T14452 
7, all the joints were X-ray film to achieve Ⅰ grade Ⅱ-chip. 
8, aluminum alloy tanker / aluminum tanker / aluminum alloy semi-trailer welded joint strength. 
8.1, 5083 is a non-heat-treated aluminum alloy, after welding a lower degree of softening. 
Heat treatment strengthened aluminum alloy after welding joint strength of the softening degree of more serious, the strength of raw materials only about 70%. 
8.3, welding heat affected zone (HAZ) is the weak link joints.
