Air circulation: Air circulation is an important factor in the protection of frozen perishable food goods. The air circulates the heat from the product and the heat entering the bulkhead, floor and ceiling through the refrigerated truck compartment to the chiller unit, which discharges the heat. The top air supply is in the trailer using the top air supply, using the following structural features to enhance the air circulation and subsequent cargo temperature control. Use the air duct on the ceiling to direct air from the fan to the tail of the trailer. Insulation: For transport teams Perishable food products and vehicles must be well insulated to prevent the heat carrier from flowing through the vehicle bulkhead. Thermal insulation quality is measurable and its thermal conductivity is U. The smaller the U factor, the better the insulation. The most commonly used materials for refrigerated truck insulation are foams because of their low U-factor, light weight, water resistance and corrosion resistance. In the manufacturing, the plastic "in place foaming", to obtain greater heat insulation advantages. This process can block the air may penetrate the cracks and cracks. The use of highly polished steel or aluminum skins can further improve the quality of the insulation, as they reflect the heat of the sun or the road surface. Reflective paint is also available for refrigerated truck. However, if the exterior of the vehicle is not kept clean, the reflection effect of any material is reduced. If the door seal leaks, high-quality insulation also has little value. The door seal must be properly installed with the card in good condition. 

Bottom air supply: A small number of highway cold trailers and most of the foreign trade of the transport container is the bottom of the air supply type. In this type of system, air is fed under the cargo at a flow rate of 85 to 142 cubic meters per second at a pressure of 0.37 to 0.73 KPA water column and then flows upward through the cargo. Air above the top of the cargo, through the top of the partition back to the cooling device.
