Heavy wrecker truck injection advance angle is not precise to cause exhausting black smoke 
Remedy: fuel supply advance angle is too late, then the fuel injected into the cylinder can not be fully combustion is discharged through the exhaust pipe, causing the engine is not running at full speed, unable to start can imagine. Normal fuel supply advance angle is 17, only the engine is working properly, will the powerless phenomenon during driving be excluded. 

Cylinder cover cracks cause black smoke 
Mainly: After a long time operating, started again after the flame exhaust black smoke, black smoke hours after the vehicle state some time after the stop again, over one hour to start the vehicle, still black smoke. 
Fault reason: 
Supply advance angle is still a problem, resulting in the cylinder unstable. Diesel fuel was mixed with water, or water inside the cylinder. 
Remedy: Only the replacement of the cylinder head. 

Engine causes white smoke 
Fault reason: 
1. The piston sealing decline, leading to infiltration of diesel engine oil pan. 
2. If the large amount of oil, the cylinder will produce excess oil, the exhaust pipe may be blocked and can not operate normally. 
Remedy: only need to replace a valve into the oil can solve the problem.
